Our general terms and conditions apply to all our products, offers, orders, agreements and correspondence.

2. Prices and price changes
The prices stated for our products and services are in euros, including 21% VAT, and excluding transport and relocation costs unless additionally stated. KenS Services bv reserves the right to change the prices and to correct any substantive errors. to correct. The customer will be informed by e-mail or fax and will then have the right to cancel the order if necessary. The prices are valid until the end of stock and are therefore only valid after reconfirmation of your order.

3. Payment options

- Payment via webshop online with Bancontact

- Cash or with Payconiq upon delivery through our care.

Please note that payment with Payconiq often has a user limit of €250.00. With a transfer, the customer's bank details are not requested nor transferred via the internet, but we send the customer a confirmation via e-mail or fax after ordering. with our bank account number and your reference. Once the customer has paid the amount due, provided the reference is stated, his order will be processed within 24 hours. If we have not received the transfer after 7 days, the order will be automatically canceled. Invoices are included with delivery.

4.Orders

4a.Acceptance of the order

Orders are accepted by fax 016/60.94.00, by e-mail or via our webshop and only after approval confirmed by an order confirmation to the customer and after receipt of payment. We reserve the right to refuse orders.

4b.Refused goods

If the customer refuses to accept a prepaid shipment, a compensation of € 35.00 + € 8.00 administration costs will be charged. Returning the goods is the responsibility of the customer.

4c.Refund of refused goods

See article 5. Privacy policy.
The paid amount will be transferred to the Buyer via bank transfer, after receipt and inspection of the goods. Returned goods may be refused if the original packaging is missing or damaged or if the goods have been used or damaged by the Buyer. The Buyer is expected to check the correctness of the delivery after receipt of the goods. In the event of refusal of receipt at the door by the Buyer, a compensation determined in Article 4b will be charged. Items that have been specially ordered for the customer or custom work cannot be returned!! Shipping costs will not be refunded under any circumstances. The costs incurred by us for shipping will also be deducted from the returned item.

4d. Canceling orders

You can cancel a paid order by sending an email to info@poolservices.be attn Kens services bv within 12 hours of placing your order. The cancellation is only valid after you have received a confirmation email from us. Please note that an administration fee of €8.00 will be charged for the refund to your account. These will be deducted from the amount you paid.


5.Privacy policy
KenS Services bv will only use the Buyer's data for its own administrative use and will comply with the applicable privacy regulations and legislation. By accepting the terms and conditions of sale you agree to this.

6. Refusal of shipments
The Belgian Trade Practices Act gives the Buyer the right to return an order within a period of 14 days after you have received the order. In any case, the goods must be returned unopened, unused and in the original packaging to KenS Services bv, Honsdonkstraat 25a, 3120 Tremelo. The shipping costs for returns are borne by the customer. The costs incurred by us for shipping will also be deducted from the returned item.
Specially ordered items are excluded from this right (items that are not in stock at the time of ordering, mention "to be ordered" in the webshop next to the item) and items with electronic components such as control boxes, tubular and external motors, electronic circuit boards. , probes/electrodes, pedometers, etc.

7.Damage upon delivery
The goods travel under the responsibility of the buyer, KenS Services bv cannot be held liable for damage to or loss of the order by the courier service.

8. Warranty
Only the warranty determined by the supplier and manufacturer of the ordered product applies. If there is no mention of the warranty conditions for products in our online store, the Buyer can request this by fax or email. There can be no warranty if the wear and tear can be considered normal and furthermore in the following cases: - If there are changes in or have been made to the product, including repairs that have not been carried out with the permission of the seller or manufacturer. - If damage has been caused by intent, gross negligence or negligent use or maintenance. For swimming pools and heat pumps, a warranty can be provided after start-up by an employee of KenS services bv. - If defects are the result of inappropriate use or improper use.

9. Compensation
KenS services bv is never obliged to pay compensation to the Buyer or others, unless there is intent or gross negligence on the part of KenS services bv, and is never liable for consequential or business damage, any form of damage and loss of profit or turnover.

10.Delivery
The delivery times stated by KenS services bv, stated on the order confirmation, are indicative. Items in stock will be delivered as soon as possible and no later than within 10 working days. Exceeding the delivery period does not entitle the Buyer to compensation or cancellation of the order. Shipping costs Belgium: varying by the weight of the products to be shipped.
After placing the order, the customer will receive an order confirmation stating the transport costs.

12. Retention of title
All delivered products remain the property of KenS Services bv until full payment for the delivered goods has been made.

All products must be used by the customer in a responsible manner.

14. Disputes
In the event of disputes between KenS Services bv and the Buyer, the Court of Leuven has jurisdiction.
